Hi, I’m Christine Mantyla — founder of Connecxions and co-founder of OC Connections and Networking Solutions. I’m a paralegal, realtor, facilitator, and above all, someone who truly believes in the power of human connection.

After years of working across multiple industries and meeting people from all walks of life, I began to notice something: the real magic happens when people feel heard, valued, and seen. That’s what inspired me to create Connecxions — a podcast dedicated to elevating real stories, authentic dialogue, and meaningful growth. Whether you’re a business owner, community leader, or someone with a story to share, this platform is about amplifying your voice.

Alongside the podcast, I created OC Connections and Networking Solutions to bring people together offline too — through professional networking, strategic partnerships, and opportunities that matter. My goal is to make sure no one walks away from a conversation feeling unseen or disconnected.

I’m a mom, a multitasker, and someone who understands what it means to juggle a full plate. That’s why everything I build — from the podcast to the networking community — is rooted in honesty, clarity, and mutual respect.
